Google API Services

Google Sign-In

When you sign in with Google, we access your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) to create and manage your Vocaris account. This information is used solely for authentication and account identification purposes.

Google Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar data to enable appointment scheduling and availability management. We read your calendar events to check availability and create new events for appointments booked through Vocaris. We do not access, store, or share your calendar data beyond what is necessary to provide our scheduling services.

Limited Use Disclosure

Vocaris's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google data for the purposes described in this policy and do not use it for serving advertisements or sell it to third parties.

Revoking Google Access

You can revoke Vocaris's access to your Google account at any time through your Google Account settings (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or through your Vocaris dashboard settings. Revoking access will disable Google Sign-In and any connected Google Calendar features.
